GTM Auto Repair uses the details you submit to review your vehicle concerns, respond to your messages and prepare service estimates. A quote request is not a booking or a final price.
Information you provide
Forms collect your name, contact details, vehicle information (including a VIN or license plate and its registration state), symptoms, optional photos and your contact preferences. Please avoid including payment information or unrelated sensitive information.
Access and security
Authorized staff can review requests and uploaded photos. Photos submitted with a quote are private. The site uses a session cookie for administrator sign-in and hashed network identifiers to limit abuse.
Contact preferences
We use your contact details to respond to your inquiry. The optional text-message consent is separate from the consent to contact you about your request. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing.
Third-party services
Maps are provided by Google Maps. If enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated submissions. Email delivery uses the shop’s configured email provider. These providers process information according to their own policies.
Your information
To request access, correction or deletion of your submitted information, email contact@gtmautorepairinc.com. Information may need to be retained where required for service records or other applicable obligations.
